Information we collect

Audit and contact forms may collect your business name, contact details, location, website and social links, business category, and stated goals. The private workspace may also contain intake answers, approved assets, drafts, approvals, tasks, monitoring evidence, and verified performance observations.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to requests, prepare audits and proposals, build the Client Brain, create and review deliverables, operate the client account, protect the service, and document work. We do not sell client or lead information.

Public-site analytics

Google Analytics helps us understand visits, traffic sources, page use, and completed public-site actions. Analytics is limited to public pages and is not loaded in the private client workspace, invitation flow, or private audit results. Google may process device, browser, approximate location, and interaction data under its own privacy terms. Browser privacy controls or content blockers can limit this collection.

Private files and accounts

Client uploads are stored privately and served only through authenticated, tenant-scoped workspace routes. Do not place passwords or secret access tokens in intake answers. Connected-provider credentials use secure provider-managed access or scoped authorization rather than ordinary database fields.

Service providers

We use service providers to host the application, structured records, and private files; provide business email; process approved payments and subscriptions; and measure public-site traffic. These currently include OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure, Titan Professional Email, Stripe, and Google Analytics and Search Console. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and choices

We retain operational records while they are needed for service delivery, accountability, security, and legal obligations. You may ask to correct or delete eligible information. Some records may be retained where required to preserve approvals, transactions, or security history.
