Terms
Clear expectations protect good work.
These website terms cover general use. A signed proposal or service agreement controls the scope, timing, pricing, ownership, and responsibilities for paid client work.
Effective August 14, 2026
Website and workspace terms.
Public information
Public website content is general information about Aloha Sites services. It is not a guarantee of results, ranking, revenue, leads, or platform performance. Recommendations depend on the client, market, evidence, scope, and provider access available.
Audit requests
A free audit request authorizes Aloha Sites to review public-facing digital properties you identify and contact you about the request. It does not authorize access to private accounts or changes to any website or profile.
Client workspace
Workspace users must protect their sign-in access, provide accurate information, upload only material they may lawfully use, and review consequential work before approval. Approving a snapshot authorizes the documented next workflow step; it does not automatically publish content or deploy a website unless a separate agreement and explicit action say so.
Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing for paid deliverables are defined in the applicable proposal or service agreement. Clients remain responsible for confirming rights to supplied logos, photos, video, testimonials, claims, and other source material.
Third-party services
Hosting, analytics, social networks, search platforms, booking systems, payment providers, and other third parties have their own terms and availability. Aloha Sites is not responsible for outages or policy changes outside its control.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload harmful material, or submit unlawful, deceptive, or infringing content.
Questions
Use the contact form with questions before relying on a service description or approval.
