For businesses with an existing website
This service is for owners who want ongoing monitoring and a defined amount of support after launch. It is different from building a new website or redesigning an existing one. Before accepting a site, we review the platform, access, current condition and required work.
A site that needs significant repair, replacement or new features may need a separate project before monthly care begins. We do not promise support for every platform or every issue.
Standard Site Management — $150 per month
Standard management includes uptime and form monitoring, routine supported-stack updates, backup/security coordination and broken-link checks. It also includes one small content request up to about forty-five minutes and a monthly activity summary.
A small content request might involve supplied business details or a simple page update that fits the allowance. A new service page, a design overhaul, custom development or ongoing content production is not automatically a small update.
Managed Commerce — for booking, ordering or ecommerce
Managed Commerce includes site care, checkout or booking checks, integration monitoring, up to sixty minutes of product/menu changes and basic order-path testing. Third-party platform incidents and integration limitations may require coordination with the provider.
The monthly fee is the greater of $250 or 2% of qualifying net online sales. It is not $250 plus 2%, and there is no cap. The same definition applies when management is part of a commerce bundle.
How the commerce minimum works
For illustration only: $10,000 in qualifying monthly net online sales gives a $250 management fee. At $15,000, the fee is $300. At $50,000, it is $1,000. These are fee-calculation examples, not sales forecasts.
Qualifying net online sales means online revenue after discounts, refunds and canceled transactions. Taxes, tips, stated shipping, chargebacks, cash, in-person, phone and off-site marketplace sales, and sales outside the managed website are excluded.

What happens during the month
We perform the agreed checks, handle the included request or product/menu allowance, record what changed and prepare an activity summary. You provide access through an approved secure process and review requests that change the agreed scope.
An example activity summary contains the period covered, checks completed, the approved change, unresolved issues and the next recommended action. Label any sample report as illustrative; do not publish a client’s private report.
What is not included automatically
A complete redesign, unlimited changes, new custom software, advanced integrations, unlimited troubleshooting or a guaranteed incident-response time requires a separate agreement. Backups and security coordination do not make a website immune to errors or security incidents.
Hosting, domain renewals, email subscriptions, apps and payment-processing fees are separate unless expressly included. Monthly management does not automatically transfer ownership of third-party accounts.

Send the public website link and explain the support needed. We identify whether the site can be accepted, note any preparatory work and agree on the plan before management starts. Do not send passwords through the public contact form.
Can you manage a website Aloha Sites did not build?
Yes, when the site is reviewed and accepted. The platform, access, condition and required work determine whether it fits the available service.
Does maintenance include an ongoing SEO campaign?
Not automatically. Care supports the agreed website operations. Local SEO implementation and broader content work are scoped separately, while Complete Digital Presence includes its specifically listed local-search work.
What if the website needs a redesign?
We explain the proposed project and price before starting it. The redesign is not hidden inside the monthly management allowance.
