New websites and practical improvements

Hawaii web design for small businesses.

Build a website around what your customers need to know and do. Aloha Sites creates clear, mobile-friendly websites for Big Island businesses, with scope and support explained before work begins.

Built for action

A clear path from interest to inquiry

Help visitors understand your services, review relevant examples and take the next step. The agreed scope may focus on calls, quote requests, a standard booking integration or an online store.

Improve an existing site after reviewing what can stay, what needs changing and which customer tasks need attention. Major changes are separately scoped. Explore website redesign.

A page for a defined audience and next action can be scoped separately. Its message, form and tracking should match the actual offer.

Use descriptive page titles, clear service information and useful internal links. Broader local SEO implementation is scoped around the business and its current needs. Explore Hawaii SEO services.

Explain your real service areas, contact options and customer needs. Do not substitute repeated town names for useful information.

Optional ongoing care

Choose management that matches the site.

Standard Site Management — $150/month

For informational, portfolio, and lead-generation sites without active managed commerce. Includes monitoring, routine supported-stack updates, health checks, a small content request of about 45 minutes per month, and a monthly activity summary.

Managed Commerce — $250/month minimum or 2% of qualifying net online sales

The monthly Managed Commerce fee is the greater of $250 or 2% of qualifying net online sales. No cap and no stacking. Third-party platform and payment-processing fees are separate.

The fee is based on defined net online sales processed through the managed website. It is not a payment-processing fee.

Arrange ongoing monitoring, supported-stack updates and a defined allowance for small changes. Larger additions and redesigns are quoted separately. See website maintenance services.

Prices are before applicable tax. Domain renewals, hosting, email, ecommerce or booking subscriptions, payment-processing fees, advertising, professional photography, travel, and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly included.

Website questions

Straight answers before work begins.

What does website maintenance include?

Routine monitoring, supported-stack updates, backup/security coordination, broken-link checks and the small-change allowance in the selected plan. The maintenance page explains the scope.

How much does ongoing website management cost?

Standard Site Management is $150 per month. Managed Commerce is the greater of $250 per month or 2% of qualifying net online sales, with no cap. Website builds and third-party costs are separate.

Can you manage a website you did not build?

An existing website can be accepted after a review of its platform, access, condition and required work. Repairs needed before ongoing care are scoped separately.

Is monthly support required?

No. Monthly support is optional unless a signed agreement states otherwise. You may manage the site independently or choose the appropriate management plan.

Who owns the website and domain?

Ownership and account access follow the signed agreement. Client-owned domains, processor accounts, and core business accounts should remain in the client’s name whenever practical.

Are domain, hosting, email, apps, and processing fees included?

Setup is included only where listed. Ongoing third-party fees are separate unless expressly included.

What counts as a page?

A separately structured public page or substantial standalone landing page counts toward the package limit. Reusable site-wide elements do not each count as a page.

What counts as a revision round?

One consolidated list of reasonable edits to the approved scope. New directions, pages, systems, or features are outside a revision round.

Who provides the content?

The client provides accurate business information, approvals, and available media. Aloha Sites organizes and lightly edits supplied information within package scope. Extensive copywriting or research is quoted separately.

What happens above ten products or with a large menu?

Additional simple items are $25 each. Complex products start at $50 each. Large catalogs, complex variations, and unusual inventory systems require custom scoping.

Can Aloha Sites build memberships, portals, databases, or custom software?

Those requests are evaluated and priced separately by Mac.

Can rankings, leads, revenue, or sales be guaranteed?

No. Aloha Sites improves the website, visibility signals, customer experience, and measurement systems the business controls, but does not promise a specific market outcome.

What happens after launch?

The included support period covers defects and reasonable clarification within scope. Ongoing updates and monitoring are available through Standard Site Management or Managed Commerce.
